The Board

Five roles. One inbox each.

The Concordia Gardens Community Association is led by five elected board roles. Each role has its own email so a question about dues lands with the Treasurer, a newsletter idea lands with the Editor, and nothing gets lost in a personal inbox during a transition.

President

Sets the agenda for board meetings, represents the association in conversations with the city, and is the public-facing voice of the neighborhood.

Meetings

The board meets monthly. Members are welcome at every meeting; the schedule and the agenda post in the portal calendar a week ahead of each one. Once a year, in October, the membership elects roles for the coming year.
