Dues, documents, events, the monthly newsletter, and a private message board for members. One login. One ledger. The board uses the same surface members do — so a question about a meeting agenda lives next to the form to RSVP for it.

Anyone else seeing more raccoons this week?
Two on the porch last night. Trash bin lid does nothing. Wondering if anyone has had luck with those bungee straps from the hardware store.
Spring cleanup crew sign-up
Putting a list together so we know who is on which stretch of the trail. Reply with your preferred section and I will keep the master sheet updated.
Question about the architectural review form
Section 3 asks for a contractor license number. Does that apply if I am building the fence myself? The Treasurer responded with a note but I want to confirm with neighbors who have done it.
River trail ice — be careful
The shaded stretch by the second bridge is glazed over again. I almost went down this morning. Maybe a sign at the trailhead until it warms up?
Lost dog — black lab mix near Holland Elementary
Friendly, no collar, last seen by the school fence around 6pm. If anyone spots him please reply or flag it on the bulletin board out front.
Recommendation for a tree trimmer?
Big silver maple in the back is shedding limbs after the storm. Looking for someone reasonable who has worked in the neighborhood before.
